FAQ

To hang the cabinet we suggest hanging directly into a stud. However, if you are hanging into drywall we suggest using toggle bolts (we do not include hanging hardware, but we do include D-rings on the back of all of our cabinets).

For puck mount you can attach directly to the backboard with a 1/2" screw then slide the dartboard onto the puck.

For Triangle Mount, we suggest a 1/2" screw or nail.

 

Please note that "IN STOCK" means we have the materials on hand to make the product and does not necessarily mean the product is ready to ship.
We make most of products in batches and depending on when the order is placed will impact our readiness. Some orders may vary from a couple of days to a few weeks.

 

Please make sure that all information for custom orders or personalized requests are communicated to us via Etsy message or email. In addition, please make sure Etsy notifications are turned on so there is no delay in the process of your order. If you have a picture in mind of your request please include that information.

During shipment an item may be damaged from time to time. If this happens, we are happy to remake and re-ship your item as long as we receive pictures and the original packing box. All information can be communicated through Etsy Messaging.

 

Processing Times:

Our processing times can vary from item to item across our listings. If you need an item by a certain date, there is a "rush my order" option in our shop which will expediate your order. Please make sure you contact us with specific dates for rush orders.

Order Cancellation:

Orders must be canceled within 1 hour of purchasing. Unfortunately, there are NO exceptions for any other cancellation due to material prep.

If you live local to us Radford, Virginia we do offer FREE local pickup or drop off depending on location.
